OEM or Retail T-Bird - Does it make a difference?

I'm going to be OC a T-Bird (yet to be determined speed...start with 750-900)

Does it make a difference buying OEM vs Retail CPU?

Only difference would be that retail includes the hsf, while the OEM doesn't. Also the retail has a longer warrenty. I buy OEM, as I highly doubt that a cpu would just one day stop working on me, and I don't like using stock hsf's. I also change cpus quite often, so I take my chances... .

I've already got a HS/Fan, I think I'll go for a OEM. Now...what speed 750 or 900 or 1G..
