OEM or Retail ? ? Sound card

Hello All 🙂

I am looking at getting a PCI Turtle Beach Santa Cruz sound card. I noticed the retail one is about $10 more then the OEM....Why the difference? I am putting in new computer that I am building soon and do know the difference in some oem/retail items but I am not sure on this one..Is it worth the $10 and is it just for the box an a few additional games or what?...Can someone please help me?

I don't know if the Santa Cruz comes with games but OEM don't have the pretty box and usually come in an antistatic bag and a driver cd.I usually get the OEM because I don't need anything fancy just a working card.🙂

the warantee for the retail & OEM would be different too!
