OEM Opteron 165 and Heatsink

do i have to put thermal grease on under the heatsink? i realy want to set this thing up by tomorrow but forgot to order thermalpaste.

Depends on the heatsink.
It may come with a wax type pad on the bottom, or include some thermal paste.
If it does not, you definately need to get some thermal paste or you will kill your processor.
