OEM Motherboards?

Basically, is there anything significant that I will definately need the extra cables and stuff for. I am buying PS, and I assume it has the correct power connectors for mobo. I want to buy oem because it will save me around $40.

Thanks

If it is an ATX standard you should be fine. Beware of crappy PS's. Clean power is a must for a good system.

Thanks, do you know if I still get warranty through mobo manufacturer, or if the weak 7 day warranty from reseller is all I get.

Depends. Intel OEM does NOT give you the three year warranty of Retail.

Also, check whether the OEM board you're looking at includes an I/O shield (metal plate) since most shields shipped with cases no longer match most motherboards.
