oem motherbaord question

OEM motherboards should probably come WITHOUT the accessories, so probably no IDE cables and such - just software.
 
wow just found a great deal, monarch computer sells that exact same mobo for $129 RETAIL w/ free shipping....compared to newegg's $135 OEM w/o shipping
