OEM License Question

I know that Windows 7 OEM OS is licensed to the motherboard. My question is if your motherboard goes out and you replace it with the same brand and model can you reload the OEM OS and activate it?
 
Yes; you may need to call MS to do an over-the-phone activation but the scenario you describe is legal under the OEM EULA.
