OEM is still technically considered "new," right?

I always wondered about this... OEM is still considered "new," right? They're just usually pulled from systems or just sold without a retail box/accessories... but not used ever (in that case, it would be called refurbished?), correct? Thanks!

correct. almost bare minimum, but still new in most circumstances.

Yeah, oem = new unless it states used or refurb somewhere.

you are right. OEM is just direct from the manufactuer without and boxes or accesories.
