I can't remember how to do it. I know you have two files, OEMLOGO.BMP and OEMINFO.TXT, but what directory do they go into? Or should the above files have the .sys extension?
I use a program called x-teq system set-up to set those. http://www.xteq.com
It is the best tweaking utility around, and lets you set those as well as other options. In windows 2000, I have my OEMINFO.INI in my c:\winnt\system32
