phone doubles as a brick incase you need to use it as a weapon.

As I'd mentioned, I really don't want a brick of a phone. I don't need it surviving multiple days of heavy use. I'd just prefer it survive a full day (9am - 12pm at least) with medium to high brightness, medium usage and (most importantly) crappy to decent signal. More than anything, the signal quality in NYC (especially the Times Square area where I work) really affects the battery life. I don't want to have to worry about carrying around a charge cable everywhere.

From everything I've read, the 3000mAh battery is a perfect balance and seems to only thicken the phone to about the same amount as the average TPU case. I can totally live with that. But we'll see when I get it.
