OEM e6300 + plus cooling or boxed version

I just bought an e6300 that is oem and was wondering what options do I have to air cool it? I plan on doing some over clocking maybe up to 2.8 or so, also this machine will be running constantly under heavy load (rendering). I had thought I should just return it and purchase a boxed version and save myself the hassle. But maybe there is some oppurtunity here? Any ideas? This is going on a p5n-e board. Also can you suggest some paste to use and also are they any online tutorials?
 
You can just get a cheap Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro and it will work fine. You could also buy more high end solutions if you choose.
