OEM drives and mounting hardware?

I am planning my new PC and most of the Hard Drives and DVD Burners that I find are OEM.

Do these drives typically include the screws to mount them to the case? I will get a Seagate drive and I am undecided on the DVD burner. If not are these screws usually included with the case? I will likely get an Antec Sonata Plus 550.

No screws or cables with OEM parts.

Cables = motherboard has them (ever wonder why mobos are not sold OEM?)
Screws = case should have them

The OEM drive I bought recently came with screws.

In any event, the case ought to have them. If the Sonata uses the same sound-dampening mounts that are in a lot of Antec cases, it should come with special screws anyway.

Your local RadioShack has loads of screws packed in different sizes for computer uses.
