OE6 takes FOREVER to open

My Outlook express takes over 1 minute to open up after I click the icon. I recently converted from Fat32 to NTFS (not sure if this had anything to do with it or not) I am running XP. Any ideas? How do I uninstall OE6 and reinstall in XP I can't find it in the add/Remove components section.

I found this problem as a knowledge base article for OE5. The solution is to delete your temporary internet cache files and I think your history too. It worked for me on WinXP OE6.
