OE Blue Screen when Media PLAyer!!

I have a amd 800 with 256MB RAM and inno3d geforce2mx Video Card. When I play all types of video files(asf/avi/mov/rm/mpg) through Media Player/realplayer/quictime my PC blue screens with a "OE Exception". I have had this problem with Win98, Win2000 and WinME. It will play maybe 2 or 3 video clips then starts crashing out like it has no memory left.
I would appreciate any help with this.
