'K.. I've been hooked on Odwalla fruit drinks for the last month or so... they're delicious, all-natural and healthy (doesn't that sound like an advertising slogan?). I have a question, though... I've been drinking their protein shakes, and I'm curious if they're really all that effective or healthy at boosting the amount of protein in my diet... i.e. is it worth the taste and the money for the extra 18 grams of protein?
I circuit train, three times a week, I wouldn't mind building extra muscle mass... but I'm more worried about just getting an adequate amount. I almost never eat meat, living in a dorm - I honestly do not trust the hall food services. Any input?
