Seems like we are rapidly approaching critical mass on this thing.
God help us all I hope it doesn't turn out to be a huge mistake. I never liked that Kamala was tapped as VP even back in 2020, but now that decision looks even worse. Democrats cannot afford any missteps and that is a big ask of a wildly incoherent group.Seems like we are rapidly approaching critical mass on this thing.

Same here, I voted for Biden, but I also voted for Harris. As far as "throwing out my vote" goes I voted for Biden in the primary. I am not however going to cling to the rail of a sinking ship when there is perfectly serviceable lifeboat available. My policy desires far outweigh any allegiance to any single politician, Biden included.
I'm fully aware of that. My only counter is that Biden pulled it off once (pretty fucking convincingly), showing that enough people were willing to vote for him. I know it's 4 years later and that means 4 years of baseless attacks on him that nonetheless have become canon in a lot of meat puppet minds. There are no guarantees either way.
Lol it was first the confederates that wanted to tear down the country. Recently MAGA. Currently Dems!!!!!! Makes me wonder if these bedwetters are undercover Repugnicans?
Like let Biden win re-election. Big deal if given option to vote in Harris now or let her succeed Biden in term, it’s the same thing.
She might be able to win the convention but I highly doubt she would survive a full primary. She was one of the worst performers in 2020 for a good reason.Same here, I voted for Biden, but I also voted for Harris.
I am not picky.
In an open convention I do not see Harris losing. Biden has a lot of delegates, and the machine. Even released they all know it was a Biden/Harris ticket. She has the advantage going in. She has the money. She was the other person people actually voted for.
If she won it straight up, it would unify the party.
This is what doesn’t make sense to me. If we are just putting Harris at the top of the ticket then why even bother with all this movement. Biden can easily step aside as president and let Harris take over.
I get it though, democrats love stepping on their own dicks, they do it time and time again.
I wonder if Biden actually has COVID as they announced? Maybe they are using it as a cover to schedule some downtime so his team can re-group and make some decisions.Seems like we are rapidly approaching critical mass on this thing.

I like the Governor Andy pick for VP. He's presidential material and a true servant of this country. Helping him getting elected before noping out of Kentucky was one of the more rewarding things I've been able to help vote for.
But if he goes to a national ticket good luck to Kentucky to find a replacement as good as him![]()
So the criticism of Biden was and is baseless and those of us who criticize him have meat puppet minds because we roll with baseless attacks on him. You are still rolling with this complete debunked nonsense.I'm fully aware of that. Nothing in that post was aimed at you. Not a single word.So the criticism of Biden was and is baseless and those of us who criticize him have meat puppet minds. You are still rolling with this complete debunked nonsense.
Now you know why I have a stick up my ass, because you have a dumb stick stuck right through your brain, as in, the critical thinking part is missing completely. And that shit drives me crazy.
Hard to say for sure but it would provide an opportunity to drop out of view of the press for a bit that won't be questioned.
Though it feels like almost everybody around me either has or just had COVID again...
Organizers eventually piped in to shut down dissent and announced that the Facebook channel could no longer be used to organize for an alternative presidential ticket.
“We understand there may be some disagreement about whether Biden should stay in the race,” wrote DNC delegate Sascha Bittner, who is listed as a moderator. “However, he has made it clear that he is, and the vast majority of us are pledged delegates to him. Thus, we have decided to prohibit any organizing for a new candidate for president in this group.”
Bittner added, “Any post counter to that goal will be deleted. Remember this is for hype and logistics, not negativity. (Except for Trump, lol.) Thanks!”

He's right, much of the criticism was baseless. Biden seems to have declined pretty rapidly but he did an amazing job the past 4 years given the circumstances. So the criticism of Biden was and is baseless and those of us who criticize him have meat puppet minds. What Democrats are criticizing his record besides on Israel and some other things by the far far left? The majority of Democrats asking him to step down have applauded his policy positions and accomplishments. He's right, much of the criticism was baseless.
