For me, it's a tie between The Eels - Saturday Morning and Interpol - Evil.
Saturday Morning opens with a man (the singer) making pancakes in a shed. He goes to set up a pancake stand (think a child's lemonade stand), and a tractor-trailer stops by, and the trucker beckons him in. Fade to moonlight, he's in the truck with the trucker, the trucker jerks a thumb towards the back of the semi, and the man enters to find a party populated with zombies and vampires. He picks up his guitar and plays with them. The end.
Evil is actually fairly normal, save one small detail. The evil freakin' muppet-puppet thing that replaces the singer. It's a little hard to describe, though.
Both of these can be seen on Winamp's video stream channel, and they're not bad songs either.
