Odd User Account in XP

I was just checking the security settings on my family's computer, and came across an odd user/group account called "S-1-5-21-1708537768-1993962763-725345543-1003" which has access to nearly every folder on the system. It looks pretty iffy to me, and I've worked with a lot of XP systems. Any thoughts?

Nope

It's a sid, the username that went with it is already gone otherwise it would have shown the account name.
