odd things happening in games(vxd,net, vid card...)

hey do you know what could be wrong. like ill play tribes2 for awhile. then i will get a permanent redjack. so i exit server, then it says i cant query master server. so i exit to windows. and go to winipcfg to check my connection. i release the adapter. then it wont renew. my net is fine. but it wont renew. so when i go to restart. i get some fatal oe exception VxD error. when i reboot its fine. and on my MSI starforce tab on properties the mem clock frequency is at like 334? wtf. i have 64mb of SDRAM. why would it be at 334? and if i set it to default (166) and say load this setting default everytime windows starts i say yes. but everytime i reboot its at 334. its like its running ddr. im not sure if its even tribes2 related or its my card or what. do you think this could be anything related to heat issues. i have the stock heatsink and fan on my 1.1ghz. its running at like 49-50 C. thats not that hot i was told by a few people that it would be fine. i have a larger fan that i can put on the heatsink but i need to get longer screws. you think that should help drop the temp some???
