I just built a new pc and so far everything is running fine.
I setup speedfan, I am using the EVGA 123-YW-E175-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i FTW SLI and E7200 Core 2 Duo proc.
The odd temp is the core 1 and core 2 are about 7-10 degrees different. On my pc both core's are the same, I am using a different mb. I ran stress test for 8hrs and either core never got above 55c which is good. They both where at 55c but once the test ended and the temps dropped then they seperate in temp.
I am thinking its just the mb readings as everything else is running fine. I also double checked all my connections and fan on cpu. I am using the stock Intel heatsink, they will not ever be OCing so that should be good.
Just curious if I should be worried about the temp difference.
thanks,
