I start to feel really in tune after about an hour, and I could probably keep going for another 2 hours if I've had a good meal before. Best run I ever had was a 15-miler that went up a steep hill after about 10 miles, into a golf course, and then around the course.

thats the crappy thing about spring break, you have to run on your own. its so much harder not having anyone to train with.
