Odd product search- USB->PS/2

Due to the configuration of my switch and the computers we use at work, and the need to work on many machines at once, I need adapters to use a USB keyboard and mouse on PS/2 ports. Is there such a thing? I haven't been able to find anything.

Thanks for your help.

"Come on. At least *try* to make it look like you searched first."

Thanks for the warm reception. I've done a hell of a lot of research on this. The first link you gave isn't even what I'm looking for, it's the wrong direction.

The problem is, as some of those links have stated, is that those little green adapters you get with (for example) Logitech mice don't work with all mice, and probably don't work for any keyboards. For example, Logitech has the components to talk in PS/2 or USB, thus making those adapters work, but only for their mice. In a work environment you can't always say "hey, now give me a Logitech mouse."

So I appologize, Mattias, for having fewer posts than you.

dev0lution: similar to how I can't always ask for a new mouse, a new KVM switch would be even tougher, especially since I'm one of three people who need this solution. Plus, most of the computers on the other end of the switch won't have USB ports enabled, so I still need the PS/2 switch. I'm backed into a very tight corner in that I'm very limited to the number of solutions that will work here. Basically just one 🙂 I currently have two keyboards and two mice on my desk. A product like this would eliminate the need for that.
