Ok I've got a bad tyan tiger motherboard, so I replaced it.

When I turn the power switch on to the powersupply the processor fans start spinning, and do not stop. If you hit the power button the hard drives, everything else spins up but no video is displayed. I've tried swapping memory and processors (it is a dual proc. system) This does not happen on the old board that was having problems.

if anyone has seen this before I'd love your input.

Are you using onboard video or a standalone GPU

Also, one of the reasons I have cheap AGP and PCI video cards laying around....great for troubleshooting.
