Odd problem with X850XT, maybe something else?

Looking at his heat, I'd say no way would he sell a knownly borked board to you. As to what seemed conflicting comments, I don't see it that way at all. Regardless ofd what settings I use, when I sell a board, I return it to factory default condition. I surmise that is all he did.
