odd problem when coming back from idle

i set my monitor to turn off ever 5 minutes, and if i leave it for about 20 minutes or so and hit space/move the mouse to bring it back so that i can enter the screensaver password it willturn back on, but there will be just a blank screen, no picture. this just started happening today after i installed then uninstalled Fuzzy Logic3(the install gave me some problems and was giving me all kinds of BSOD's and such) anyone know why this is happening? i hate having to hard reset the computer every time 🙁 if i only let the screen stay off for 5 minutes or so, it'll come back just fine. i have no idea what's going on or where to start 😕
