Ok here are the markings it is very contradictive.

2.2Ghz/512/400/1.5V
SL5YS COSTA RICA
3205A695-0871

Ok somebody please explain the how I read the week and year on this (heh I'm an AMD convert).
Secondly the SL5YS is a b0 stepping according to Intel site, but this chip should be brand new I got it with a Dell system last week. Also the SL5YS on the intel site is 1.475V, and I cannot find any referance to a SL5YS chip made in Costa Rica, and can only find Malyasia chips with that S code.

Example: 3205A695-0871

1st letter or digit= plant code.....

0= Costa Rica
3= Costa Rica
1= Philippines
R= Philippines
7= Philippines
9= Malaysia
Q= Malaysia
L= Malaysia
8= Ireland
Y= Ireland
6= Arizona

2nd digit= Year of production (2002)

3rd & 4th digits= week (05th)

link to your S-Specs
