Odd or no?

So my roommate is here for the summer - he sublet from my old roommate / good friend up here at school. The new kid has been a bit of trouble.

Roommate is gone for the day/weekend - driving cars back to the east side of MI today, switching with his rents as he used his parents car to drive jetskis to the lake last weekend. He's gone all day at least (left before I went to work @ 2), but I just got home from work, and his friend's car is parked outside, all the lights on in the apartment, AC is on full blast (turned it off before i went to work). Basically - his friend is here. Probably holed up in his room cause he knows I don't like him.

Is this odd for some random kid to be in my apartment? Should I have a talk with my roommie when he gets back? I don't know this kid, and while my Roommate trusts him, I definitely don't. He'll probably be here tomorrow when I go to work (8-5) so I'm thinking I should lock my door?

Anyone else have experiences like this?

Kick him out. Its not that hard. Grow some nuts.

I agree; he doesn't live there and if there is no one hoe he doesn't need to be there at all.

If you don't trust him and you don't want him there just tell him to leave. Then explain to your roommate that you don't appreciate coming home to situations like that.

Apparently I jumped to conclusions - I figured that since all the lights were on (i had turned them off) the A/C was on (off) and the back door was open (opens to a deck we share with our neighbors) as well as the friend's car being outside that meant he was here also....sans my roommate. Just called the roommate to ask wtf was goin on and apparently he got back early, and they're out catching dinner / whatevering, just left everything on and the back door unlocked.

lil bit better than a random person here i suppose.
