Odd one way only fiile sharing.

using windows xp. after switching between the m/b lan and my intel nic card..(i disabled m/b lan) my file sharing is messed up. my shared folders are accessable by other computers, but i can't even see anyone in workgroup. doesn't connect at all. any ideas? i tried repairin g the connection whatever that does. my lan uses netbios already and is boundto only it... so thats not it. internet works. all other computers can see each other fine. really really odd.
