Odd Network/Internet Issue

Have a odd issue at a client that is leaving me scratching my head. Have a client with an office in the boon docks who uses a Sprint wireless card and appropriate router for internet. There are 3 machines on the network.

The Problem:
Starting about 1 1/2 weeks ago they started partially loosing their internet. By partially I mean they can access anything, then all of a sudden they can no longer access http sites. Normally the message is either a connection time our or DNS error. However when this is happening they can still access POP3, IMAP, SMTP, and HTTPS addresses. You can also ping google.com or other sites, even though you cannot access http://www.google.com. Resetting the connection by disconnecting the card from the router, rebooting the router, or simply logging into the router and disconnecting and reconnecting will fix the problem for a half hour or more.

What I have done:
I first spent 1.5 hours on the phone with Sprint thinking it was a Sprint issue, they reset the profile for the customer's connection and even transferred the service to a second card the customer had but was no longer using.

After this failed to fix it I swapped the routers with a brand new one of a different brand, this still had the same issue.

I then plugged in my T-Mobile card to the new router, it lasts a bit longer 2-3 hours but eventually exhibits the same symptoms.

I checked the Kaspersky and ran scans on all of the machines even using the Kaspersky rescue CD for an offline scan and found nothing. I also scanned the systems with Hitman Pro which also found nothing. There also does not appear to be any extraordinary amount of traffic judging from the router up and down logging.

I would note that my laptop also has the same issue on their network so unless there is a hidden virus on one of the PCs that is overloading something it is not system specific as I have Windows 8 on my laptop with no 3rd party AV software.

So anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
Joe
