odd mobo connector w no where to go

I have this odd connector coming out of my 300w enlight power supply that doesn't seems to have anywhere to go. It has six wires coming in and twelve holes in two rows of six on the other side. There's also a small clip that protrudes over the center. Do I need to plug this in somewhere?

That sounds like the power connector for a server motherboard. Did you have a regular ATX power connector as well as the extra one? If so, then don't worry. Just tie it up so that it is out of the way.

6x1, orange, red and black is Aux Server, if your motherboard needs the extra 5 and 3.3 Volt lines it will have a plug for them.

If it doesn't need them, it won't have the plug for it.

2x2 yellow and black is the P4 connector.
