i did a text search in the .doc that accompanies the file and there is no mention of the word "delegate" or "delegation"

of course, PFDavAdmin is technically not supported, so they could write whatever they want
 
Er.

That appears to come from an external source, given the bolded warnings down the bottom of the page.
Plus, it was reviewed in 2005; if it wasn't suitable, then they would have taken it down.
 
Not shocking.

The title is "Using blah blah blah"... let's see... how would one figure out how to use it? Maybe the handy manual that they took the time to write? Short of them repeating the manual, what else should they say?

If you would have read the entire OP, my point was the page is titled "Using PFDavAdmin to administer mailbox delegate permissions" and the documentation it says to look at has nothing about mailbox delegate permissions in it.
