Odd message w/IE8 & Kaspersky 7

Attempt to run browser with command line parameters: "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" SCODEF:1704 CREDAT:14344

Kaspersky Internet Security 7 is tossing up that message whenever I try to run IE8 or open a new tab in IE8. It did not do that with IE7. I'm not sure where it's pulling the SCODEF / CREDAT stuff or even what they mean to be honest. They are not added to the end of my IE8 shortcut or launched by my homepage (about:blank). I Googled and searched here but found nothing. Last virus scan came up clean. Is this OK, or should I do some deeper malware scanning?

Is this new/normal with IE8 to run with that parameter? KAV7 is tripping on it as if IE8 is using command-line switches or an address appended (e.g: "...iexplore.exe" www.anandtech.com or "...iexplore.exe" /safe).
