Odd issue with my main cruncher

I have been running a 2.6c @ 3.25ghz 250:250 for months now with the F@H team. Yesterday i upgraded to 1gb of ram. Previously i was running 2x256 geil 4000 i now have 4x256 geil 4000. I tested both sticks in 2x256 and they ran at 250:250 with PAT enabled. However when i run all 4 even at 200:200 the PAT is disabled but dual channel still works. The system will post at 250:250 with all 4 but windows crashes quickly.
Mobo is an ic7-g max2

So how much of a performance hit will losing PAT and 50mhz off my FSB cost me in F@H?
Im pretty sure this is unfixable just thought id throw it out there maybe somebody knows something about it.

When I had my P4 system, 2.8 and a IC7-G Max3 , it would do exactly the same thing, PAT's disabled with 4 banks filled. Although I could still reach 250 with all of them.
This is a limtation of the chipset, so you can't fix it.
