Question ODD issue with Keyboard. Won't register Minus Key in Windows or porgrams or Chrome but works on Different Computer.

So I have a Razer Huntsman Mini. No issues since I bought it. Today the minus key won't register when I am typing in Windows, like Chrome or in text document, it doesn't register. It does register Underscore if I press and hold Shift but not the Minus, it won't type it out. However when trying the keyboard on my dad's computer it worked fine with no issues I could type Minus again. I brought it back to my PC uninstalled Razer Synapse since it could interfere with the keyboard but didn't work. I tested on a website to test Keyboard Keys and I tried on 2 different sites and both sites the Minus key would register. So I really don't know what to do lol its pretty odd. I
I just don't think its the keyboard doing it. Anything i can try?
