Odd iPhone playlist sync issue

The strangest thing has been happening lately with my music sync.

I sync 2 smart playlists to my phone. For some reason lately I've noticed that all the correct songs are on the phone but the actual playlist (1 of the 2) is not showing up.

Basically I have all the contents of the playlist but not the actual playlist.

has anyone had this happen?

I've tried removing and re-syncing the playlist and again I get the tracks but not the list itself.

Is my playlist corrupted perhaps? Think I'll try deleting and setting it up again.
 
Update - After some searching I found out that there is a bug in the current version of iTunes. Apparently if you have a smart playlist with more than 2 conditions and live updating turned on it can cause this issue. I recreated the same playlist with 1 less condition and it is now working. Editing the existing one did not solve the problem.

Hopefully there will be a fix for this soon.
