Odd IE behavior ? Any help appreciated..

Friends PC is having hard time logging into sites that needs user id & pwd, ie citibank, etrade.

I haven't seen the pc yet but I gave him a few suggestions..

IE - Delete temp files, cookies, clear history, reset options to default

Non of this works...

Any ideas would be great...

some sites need cookies to be enabled under security/internet or they won't work!

Make sure they have the latest security updates including 128bit encryption.
Check Help-About in IE
They may also need IE5+

Yeah i just had him download the 128bit today and it still doesn't work... try to reset security to low, let me make sure the cookies are still being accepted.. thanks
