Odd Home Network streaming issue

Howdy,

I have two boxes running windows 7 Professional, both on the same router, on the same workgroup, on the same homegroup. My main system (let's call it computer A) has some videos on that I want to stream to my living room computer (let's call that one computer B).

When I try to stream a video file from computer A to watch it on computer B, it will not work... UNLESS I am logged out of computer A. Then it streams just fine.

So, clearly there's something wrong in my user profile / specific settings... but I have no idea what the hell what. I have the checkbox filled in on my homegroup settings for "Stream my pictures, music, and videos..."

I've not been able to Google anything remotely similar. Any suggestions? Leaving and rejoining the homegroup on computer A didn't fix it. I already switched out cables and ports on the router (it was previously showing a 100 Mbps connection, now it's showing the proper 1000Mbps connection).
