Odd graphics crash, can't tell what is causing it?

I have an i3 530 non OC and have the latest Intel video drivers for the HD graphics. This has happened two times now in couple of days. While having Firefox 10 beta open on half screen, and playing a 1080p video with MPC-HC 1.5.2.3456 windowed, all of a sudden the screen goes black and Aero shuts off and only certain parts of the screen appear, like empty windows. This just keeps cycling between empty windows and the video feed disappearing altogether, plus mouse cursor freezing. All I can do is reboot to fix it. To me, this sounds like a video driver issue, but not sure. Can anybody tell me otherwise?

Found out that they pulled the 2559 drivers, so I went back to the 2509 ones, and those worked, so hopefully the crashing will stop.
