System specs - 368 MB of ram, Intel Celeron 900 MHZ, Windows XP.
The computer runs fine, until certain programs, ie : Kaspersky Anti Virus, or Bearshare are run, after a few minutes the computer locks up, and the monitor displays vertical colour patterns, once rebooted, it works fine, until either program is run again, I reinstalled the drivers for the on board graphics(Nvidia Alladin TNT2), and for the MOBO, an old ULI M1632, but nothing seems to work, I tried using a different monitor but the problem persists, which led me to believe it was a hardware issue, but I do not have a spare PCI graphics card to test it out.
Any Thoughts/ assistance? Thanks.
