Odd font behavior in any HTML reading apps

Here is what the users windows update page looks like with "medium" font display size. I have also checked the windows display properties with no luck. It only seems to happen when HTML encoding is used. The fonts in her e-mail say they are Times New Roman size 12 but they come out more like size 18 to 20ish.... She is using rich text encoding but it happens when other users send her e-mails encoded in HTML. Its an odd issue...

Anyone seen anything like this before?

Try clearing browser cache? It looks like the CSS wasn't loaded

I am thinking I may have to rebuild her profile but I really dont want to have to do that....
