Odd Crossfire Glitch After Watching Video

After I watch a youtube video or something similar, for no reason my gpu 2 usage goes to 99% and temps go to a full load 72C, fan speed increase to match temps, with nothing on the screen. It will just set there at an idle desktop, churning away doing nothing. I have been doing this through the last couple of drivers, done 3 reformats, with reinstalls of Windows 7 64 Ultimate. I have changed pcie lanes, and crossfire bridges. Any ideas whats going on? I also have gpu acceleration turned off in CCC. I have to do a reboot to reset it back to normal.
