Odd cd burning problem with Nero 5.5 and Lite On LTR-24102B burner

When I try to burn a nrg image I get the following error: "LTR-24102B - Error building internal DAO structures".

After getting this error, I upgraded the firmware of the burner to the latest version in hopes that it would resolve the issue. Sadly it does not.

Does anyone know if this error message pertains to the image file or my burner?

I can burn other stuff fine.
