Odd case size required

Need help finding an odd size case.

I have a left over ATX MB, Corsair H100i cooler and ATX power supply. Would love to find a rack mountable case, but needs to be as short and shallow as possible. I want to mount this in the rack in the basement which can hold up to 50lbs and can take an enclosure up to ~19" deep. If I have to go to a small cheapo cooler or power supply, that's fine. Not wanting to invest a ton of money into this if possible.

Cheapest 4U rackmount case on Newegg is this one:

Specs say it's <18" deep before brackets are installed.

So I guess 19" is a standard size or something.

You might find something cheaper on eBay.
