Every so often, my dock hiding and menu clicking actions behave oddly. Let me try to explain.
I'll mouse over my dock click on an application icon, but after moving the mouse off of the dock the dock just stays there (instead of automatically hiding again like it should). If I click off of the dock, it hides. Mousing over the dock again at this point will not bring it up. I have to click on the area where dock is "hidden" to bring it up.
Sometimes it goes away on it's own after I click around a bunch of times and turn dock hiding on/off, but other times it doesn't stop and I have to restart.
It's a hard thing to explain, I know... but does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? If so, how can I stop it?
EDIT: This is under Snow Leopard 10.6.3 on a late-2007 MBP.
EDIT 2: The next time it happens I'll try and grab some video so people can see what I mean.
