I have recently had several small utility programs I use become unusuable because the window for their display only shows a small portion of the upper left corner. Most of the programs/applications I use are unaffected. I have these same programs on other computers with the same operating system (Windows 2000) and everything is fine.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the programs with no success. I suspect the problem is a corrupted .dll file, but have no idea of where to start in replacing it. I could probably format the drive and do a clean install, but I'm really not interested in expending that much effort for such a trivial nusiance of a problem.
Anyone else encounter this and been sucessful in correcting it?
