Odd ATTO score

I have a quick question regarding a weird score I'm getting in ATTO.

I have 2 corsair GT 60gb ssd's in raid 0, and have been using ATTO to test my read and write speeds. All of the scores look good except the 16kb transfer. I've tested it multiple times and it always shows up as this. Is this the sign of a bad ssd or something else?

Any help is greatly appreciated 🙂
