ODBC32.DLL missing on startup

Keep getting an error message that ODBC32.DLL is missing during startup that requires multiple CANCEL clicks to suppress. How do I find where to suppress? Or should I just copy the file into a system directory?:disgust:
 
Well you pretty much answered your own question. I'm not sure how it would disappear like that, could've gotten removed somehow accidentally, but if it ain't in the /system32/ directory but you got a copy of the file still, then move it on in there and see what happens next!
