OCZ Vindicator good for $35 CA?

It seems decent for the price in this list: AT cooler review

Is this a good enough CPU cooler to reach 3.2 Ghz on a Q9450? Will it fit in an Antec 300 case?

Should I buy Arctic Silver 5 with it? Or some other type of gel?

Is there a better one for price/performance I should get instead? I hear a lot about the Arctic Freezer Pro 7 but I don't see it in the AT review.

Really, for overclocking quad, get a better heatsink. Pay more for a Tuniq tower or a Thermalright Ultra 120 or a True. That OCZ will get you to 3,2 ghz, but when you'll want more it will not be able to provide the extra cooling.

OCZ Vendetta 2 for $30 AR. Canada Computers should have it for around $40 AR.
