OCZ Vertex 2 240 @$379. Deal?

Micro Center has the OCZ Vertex 2 (TWO, not 3) 240GB version for $379, and I am severely tempted. But reading the reviews on NewEgg I saw a huge string of people with defective drives who had trouble RMAing. Look at the feedbacks:

33 5 stars, 27 1 stars. Very polarizing. So, I turn to you guys since you haven't failed me yet.

When it comes to OCZ I'd be very wary. Especially if there are a lot of bad reviews. I returned my 60GB with no problems, other than the fact that it was slower than it should be and died on me, but I'll never buy OCZ again.
