Caution, if you have a large CPU cooler, these modules' heatsinks may interfere and you will lose at least the first RAM slot on your MOBO. There are many MOBOS that will not POST without a RAM module in the first slot.
 
I have an OCZ Vendetta 2, and although it's big, it doesn't seem to be too close to the RAM slots.
