Hello all, I'm from Spain and only can get OCZ brand for DDR500 at "decent" (third world compared with USA) price:
(2x1 Gb Modules)
-Gold Edition:
OCZ5002048ELGE (first model) --> Chip UCCC CL3-4-4-8 $280
OCZ5002048ELGEGXT (aka XTC, second) --> Chip UCCC CL3-4-3-8 $275
-Platinum Edition:
OCZ5002048EBPE-K (aka EL) --> Chip Infineon? CL3-3-2-8 $340
OZCP5002GXTC-K (aka XTC) --> Chip Micron 5B-F CL3-3-3-8 $325
Yeah, these are insane prices
, but are the cheapest here...

My rig:
-DFI NF4 Lanparty Ultra-D
-Athlon 3200+ Venice E3 (2000@expect at least 2600)
-PCI-E Gainward 7800GT (400@480, 1050@1150 at stock volts)
-2x512 Kingston DDR400 HyperX CL 2-2-2-5 at 2.8V
I suspect the RAM it's CH5 instead of BH5, despite its label without the "A", because it can't reach 210 MHz at 1:1 in no way (no matter latency or voltage).
I need suggestion to choose one of these 4 models, ONLY for game playing, and plain to OC to acceptable levels to my budget, so if the $280 RAM it's barely the same than the 325 or the 340 in terms of real experience I won't doubt to get the 280. I expect OC to 250-270 MHz (2500-2700 CPU MHz) at 1T (it's supposed to be "necessary" for Athlons, correct me if I'm wrong).
Thank you very much.
